America in Flux: Supreme Court, Iran, Cultural Change, and More

From the Supreme Court’s latest ruling on racial gerrymandering to rising tensions with Iran and the broader cultural and political shifts happening across the country, Victor Davis Hanson argues the United States is in the middle of a major transition.  “We’re not just dealing with policy disagreements. We’re dealing with a fundamental transformation of the country.” He also points to growing instability abroad and what it means for America’s role on the world stage.  “We had operational success, but we didn’t follow through strategically. That leaves Iran weakened, but not finished.”

Good news on getting a clean blood test! Very relieving.
Fingers crossed for the next one to be the same.

  2. “Gerrymandering” and the inevitable court disputes that arise is a predictable waste of time. I’ve seen proposals that uses GPS coordinates and current census numbers to establish State and Federal representation districts. The advantage of this method is crystal clear, the simplicity is obvious and it takes out the so-called “racist” motivations by redistricting commissions yet I was told that such a proposal violates, as an example, the TN Constitution. Still haven’t gotten an answer…
