Join Victor Davis Hanson and cohost Jack Fowler as they discuss everything from Mahmoud Khalil’s status as a guest of the US, Trump trolling, tariffs in the ag. industry, DEI activists offer to cheat for DEI candidates in air traffic controllers, Democrat agenda, and a new Harris word salad.
No link for this or the previous podcast on Trump’s speech, so I cannot listen to them. The same thing happened recently on another podcast, though I can’t remember which one. Eventually that was fixed. There seems to be some problem in posting the podcasts.
The law clearly states who is not eligible for a visa to the USA:
(VII) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization;
This makes Mahmoud ineligible to be granted a visa in the first place. Furthermore, he signed an application with these provisio, and as such also lied.
I DO NOT LIKE THE PODCAST—I NEED IT IN WRITING TO READ AND LOOK AT—HOW DO I GET ARTICLES—I PRINT AND GO ON—DO NOT WANT TO SIT AND LISTEN—THEN MAKE NOTES!

You mentioned we needed a Sheriff to run for governor of California…
Chad Bianco has thrown his cowboy hat into the race!
Check him out.
Prof. Hanson,
As usual, you elucidate like no other commentator. Regarding your analysis of abusive “pop-up” NGOs, you are spot on. From 2005 – 2010, at DOJ I lead a task force that was directed to investigate and prosecute persons that used such NGOs for nefarious purposes. The Obama administration shut us down. The laws and regulations to deal with this abuse already exist. They just need to be enforced. Existing regulations require the revocation of the Tax exempt status of any NGO that engages in substantial criminal activity, or activity contrary to “public policy.” If that activity is materially concealed on a Form 990 it becomes a felony.

Just a heads up that over here in Western Australia I look out for VDH’s podcasts on a daily basis. When he was ill over the weekend, I got worried! Wishing you a fast recovery, Victor. Your input and analysis is appreciated!
Spot on mate. Good to see there’s at least a few of us over here in WA. Really do enjoy listening to the common sense exhibited by VDH. We certainly need it here in Australia.
With respect to the Student loan debacle. The worst thing that the Federal Student Loan guarantee program is that it has driven the cost of higher education out of reach. Loans should be guaranteed by the UNIVERSITY at market interest rates and loan qualifications. Collateral can be the same as real loans and the degree itself (if they earn one). If they don’t repay the loan, pull their degree! Not everyone belongs in college! DEI in Graveyards????? The one place here ALL are EQUAL!
I agree and like your inclusive humor.
the problem is that the government turns it from a deal between the university, the bank, and the student into a deal between student and government. University gets all the cash upfront, and student owes the Gov, not the bank or the university. The risk picture is completely skewed.
