If the Democrats have set a legal precedent to engage in lawfare that enables the Republicans to respond in kind as a form of deterence and self-protection then it may be appropriate to do so.
Republicans still need to undo all the falsities of the Left and distortions of a leftist worldview. This is a much greater task than lawfare to reorientate our nation towards reality, the Constitution, the rule of law, and American principles.
It seems prudent that conservatives win minds, followed by hearts and then wills through better ideas to benefit the country and unite the nation.
