You cannot tell a nation of children they have no right to be born or exist— bally-hoo a so-called “right” to kill them—and expect children’s mental health to survive the insecurity, terror, and fear that kind of knowledge generates. Many children know from an early age they’re victims “targeted for death.” Their mothers didn’t abort them as babies, but abortion is still legal, so they fear victimization, targeting, and all learn to shoot for self-defense.
I refer to young males tired of living in fear—who take their gun to a school full of “targeted” children like themselves—expecting to die like God’s inherent, indomitable, male creation—” defending themselves” in a shoot-out with police. Jesus Chris told me to use “targeted for death by paid killers” in my writing, to track abortion—which led me to school shootings. Purveyors of abortion are responsible for killing our children, both unborn and those born. Ruth Ruhl-LaMusga

  3. I read this yesterday on Palo Alto online:
Twelve pro-Palestine protesters who broke into a Stanford University building last June and proceeded to splatter fake blood and damage administrative offices will face felony charges for vandalism and conspiracy to trespass, Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen announced Thursday morning.
I’m hoping for convictions and suitable punishments. Unless, they squeal on their funding and supplies providers. We could see convictions, due to USAID funding for scumbag attorney’s suddenly disappearing.

Why is the Supreme Cour giving States “permission” to overthrow and violate Article V1 which plainly states —“The Constitution and Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof…shall be the Supreme Law of the Land and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”
Article V1 protects /guarantees the equality of every citizen in all 50 States. while guarding against unethical, overreaching, “monopolistic” State officials/ governments that rebel or foment sedition against Federal law and authority—like “sanctuary” states or blocking ICE.  If States can “overthrow” federal law/authority or act on their own—we don’t need federal government.  State laws must “comply” with federal laws. Why isn’t   someone prosecuting rebellious judges including Supreme Court Justices? Abortion isn’t Constitutional.   Ruth Ruhl-LaMusga

You and John Beaman might want to use the Contact Us feature to report those issues. It’s

    https://victorhanson.com/contact-us/

It’s located in the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the page, under “Contact Professor Hanson”. There is a selection for issues with the website.

I had a problem once where the podcast didn’t play here, but it did play when accessed from other places. I’ve also had the issue where the podcast didn’t show on the podcast page, though I could launch it from the main page. I got replies very quickly, using the Contact Us link.

  7. P.S.S. How do 40 million illegal aliens financially impact the American citizen, taxpayer and consumer?

What financial expenses are incurred because of illegal immigration?

How has the financial cost of medical care, automobile insurance, housing, and public school education been impacted?

Should illegal aliens pay income tax or owe it if given a green card?

What is the financial cost per illegal alien and their children born in the United States?

If there is a good estimate of the financial cost per person and their offspring then perhaps an appropriate financial penalty can be established for participants, employers, and facilitators.

  8. P.S. Should green card holders be required to learn and support the Constitution and American law?

What can be done to promote American citizenship?

Should there be educational requirements or some sort of understanding and agreement with the American system?

How can a deterrent for illegal entry and residing be established?

  9. Victor – Thanks for your insights. Regarding issuing green cards to illegal aliens, what deterrent policies should also be instituted?

Should employers of illegal aliens be persuaded with heavy financial penalties as well?

What about politicians and others who facilitated illegal entry, what penalties would be appropriate to make it a deterrent to future illegal immigration?

How can sanctuary states, cities and organizations, how can they be impacted by persuasion to keep the law?

Regarding physical requirements, why should there have been separate requirements for men and women? It wasn’t a sports contest, requiring fairness. It is fitness for purpose testing. The Marine Corps used to require diesel mechanics to be able to pick a 100 lb weight off the deck, carry it 20 feet, and place it up on a bench. Because that might be required in the field when there isn’t any materials handling equipment. I watched female mechanics recruit men to bust a tire on a 5 ton truck. That means they were pulled away from whatever they were doing.

Next subject that I know will be unpopular. Whenever sexual tension is introduced into a unit, it decreases the harmony of that unit. Doesn’t matter whether it is heterosexual or homosexual. I watched as a woman was added to a team and the men started bilging each other to look good to the woman. While it was completely the men’s fault, that doesn’t matter. Harmony was decreased. Relatively unimportant in civilian offices or in military garrison, deadly in combat.
Anyone who sincerely wants to understand the brutal environment of war should read Bing West’s “1,000,000 Steps.”

The argument for the Us being the victim of trade is hard to take, especially, when we have created and negotiated these agreements for decades!

Also, we de-industrialized on purpose through over-regulation, NYMBYism and environmental rules. Even if companies wanted to move factories l, it would take them years to build them, if they ever get permission to do so!

    Why not start by de-regulating?
