  1. Hi Victor – I think the beginning of the end of the war in Ukraine starts with the US stating that Ukraine will not be part of NATO. I think all that has happened there is the result of this position

  2. Regarding the Adam’s indictment: my immediate speculation was that the indictment was punishment for NOT playing along with the ‘narrative’ on illegal immigrates; i.e. criticizing the Biden/Harris Administration for letting massive numbers of illegals end up in NYC causing all sorts of budget and social issues from housing, crime, healthcare, education etc. without any Federal support.

I have no illusions that Adam’s probably deserves these indictments, however so do many Democrats, the Clintons & Bidens as examples; but any Democrat gets a pass unless they step out of line, then the hammer is put down., no?

I agree with you, Stephen. It’s not the content of the charges, whether they’re valid or not. An investigation will answer that. It’s the timing.

  3. 10 USC 888: Art. 88. Contempt toward officials
Text contains those laws in effect on September 29, 2024
    From Title 10-ARMED FORCES
    Subtitle A-General Military Law
    PART II-PERSONNEL
CHAPTER 47-UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    SUBCHAPTER X-PUNITIVE ARTICLES

§888. Art. 88. Contempt toward officials
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

    Historical and Revision Notes
Revised section Source (U.S. Code) Source (Statutes at Large)
    888 50:682. May 5, 1950, ch. 169, §1 (Art. 88), 64 Stat. 135 .
The word “commissioned” is inserted for clarity. The words “the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of the Treasury, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession” are substituted for the words “Vice President, Congress, Secretary of Defense, or a Secretary of a Department, a Governor or a legislature of any State, Territory, or other possession of the United States”.

Retired officers who held “regular” commissions (as opposed to reservists and National Guard) are
considered to be “retained” by their retirement pay; still subject to UCMJ.

  4. I believe Ms. Harris was supposed to have worked at a MacDonalds in Alameda in the Bay Area. There are two of those. The question remains, why would she go that far for that summer job when there are MacDonalds in Berkley?

No one has come forward yet to confirm her story. I think it’s a lie, and her supporters have no intent in looking at it closely at all.
