  1. My comment does not have to do with Victor Davis, Hansen‘s political commentary which I find very refreshing and informative. My comment has to do with the unsolicited commercials that Mr. Jack Fowler laterally, injects In the broadcast portion of the podcast. These unsolicited interjections are irritating and infuriating to to me as a subscriber who has paid for commercial free political commentary.
    Respectfully submitted,

Mr. Moss, your other comments aside, there is no option for a commercial-free podcast. Where did you hear or read that — someone has put out incorrect information? Many podcasts do have live reads — it is my duty to do them here. I wish you well.

  2. I have the same question: How is it possible that people like Fani and Letitia can get through law school? I never thought I’d have been capable, but maybe I’m wrong. Could it be necessary these days to teach future lawyers a legal bedside manner? Behavioral protocol?

    1. Probably, sadly it may be necessary in addition to lots more classes on professional ethics and behavior.

But frankly, it also is obvious that many PhD holders do not have a decent grasp of the English language. It is difficult to understand in that precision in language seemingly should be a req of the degree marker of the highest degree of an educated person. It was shocking at first to have noticed it. Your listed examples of public prosecutors are worse in that they too frequently resort to gutter Ebonics that may not even be recognizable in many courtrooms outside of NY, Chicago, LA, Baltimore, etc.

These unjustifiably proud people behave as if their law degrees and licenses were simply purchased online for special fee and then they were gifted, probably by Soros donations, into positions of decision makers in gov law.

    2. Do you see this as an open Democratic Convention? I don’t envision the left totally depending on “unusual voting” working this time with Biden as their nominee.

  3. Trump the man is being subjected to the evil Democratic propaganda machine much the same as Jewish people were in Hitler’s Nazi Germany in the 1920’s,1930’s, and 1940’s. President Trump has morphed into the Democrats Jew. He is to be systematically exterminated. Not via the gas chamber but rather by false lawsuit accusations, massive financial penalties, and incaration for life.

This is not America and hopefully enough Americans will see through this massive propaganda sham against one man who loves America and wants to make it great again. Thank you professor Hanson for expressing your clear, honest, unaduloturated wisdom.

  4. Love VDH podcasts, BUT try watching via the link in X, and what I find is:
    1. Unless I’m constantly touching the screen on the phone, the screen goes dark and eventually stops, so I have to go back to link to try and find where you were; it’s a hassle.
    2. I can’t find a setting or control on the small screen to speed up the video; given the choice, as in YouTube, I often prefer to speed up the video playback to 1.25X, but I don’t see that choice on the screen at victirhanson.com.
    3. I still watch them, nevertheless. Keep up the good work!

    1. (phone & internet) You could try going to art19.com: The Victor Davis Hanson Show; click on the icon of a ‘cloud with a downward arrow’ (on your preferred podcast). It should open a new page with a player (play/stop; timer; volume; mute; 3 dots). Click on the three vertical dots (options) and click on ‘Playback speed’. Click on preferred speed.

  5. ROBERT SPREKELMEYER

Amendment V111. “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” It is clear that the New York judiciary cannot read or they refuse to follow The Constitution of The United States. “……..its only keepers, the people.” to quote George Washington. The people of New York care not of the Constitution?

  6. People inherently believe their eyes and have no idea of AI’s incomparable ability to impersonate.
It would be so easy to parade Trump as a youthful bigot and racist, or worse, and with calculated timing could possibly be totally devastating to his campaign.
It seems imperative to showcase AI’s manipulative capabilities. Consider Harry Potter’s incident with the spider: waving his wand, chanting “ridiculatum” (?), then seeing the spider with roller skates on and looking ridiculous, therefore losing it’s power to sway Harry with fear.
Perhaps something similar could be done – showing Trump walking on his hands on the ceiling and doing Olympic triple jumps etc., to drive home “seeing is no longer believing”.
AI will be the greatest show on earth or an Apocalypto.

  7. By the way, it appears that if your company was originally incorporated in New York, you CANNOT decide to change to venue to incorporate in another state, without New York’s permission to do so. Think about that. If Trump’s corporations were incorporated in NY, NY must grant permission to change that incorporation to another state.

  8. Thank you Professor Hanson . If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t know what the hell is going on. Very depressing stuff , very depressing .
