When I attended a Cal State U. in the ’80s, these quips were used by a few ethnic activists. Today I hear and read them from people of all stripes and affinities including dumb whites.
Just as bad are snotty Europeans with their own brand of anti-U.S. hatred. Add mass state-sponsored U.S.-demoralization campaigns on Youtube, etc., and the divisivness is widespread.
