  1. So Democrats campaign for higher taxes on corporations because they think that corporations make too much money and need to “pay their fair share”, but tariffs are bad because they will inhibit economic activity and corporations will just pass the costs on to consumers.

    I’ve been congratulating my Progressive friends for finally discovering supply side economics.

    “They’re gonna die!” is boilerplate Leftist response, because fear is one of their main propaganda tools. Judging from the comments I see online from the average person, it works, too. Most people don’t pay close enough attention to events, or think critically enough about events. They see 5-second clips on TV or even shorter on social media. Most people don’t stop to think, they simply absorb the visual and the accompanying audio or text. And that makes them susceptible to the lies progressives push.
    The educational-government complex doesn’t produce people who can defend themselves against this, either. Rather, it conditions them to accept it.
