In the weekend edition, VDH and Sami discuss RFK Jr.’s stance on vaccination mandates, more nuttiness from Joy Reid, and developments in Gaza and Venezuela. The professor also offers an in-depth look at the development and employment of armor in World War II, with a particular focus on the Battle of Kursk, the largest tank battle in history.
My father used to teach history in a small town and he used to read with me fragments of Herodot or Tucytides when I was 5 years old; and I remember myself reading in front of my fifth grade class at the antique history classes, peaces for those classics. And everybody in the classroom was amazed! Thank you a lot for the wonderful job you are doing and the extremely high importance for the American people and for the rest of western civilized population. You are succeeding to accomplish in the idea exchanges the highest degree of excellence. God bless you with a lot of health and inspiration!
Hi Sami, Jack and Victor!
I feel the urge to express my humble gratitude for your show
which I follow religiously on YouTube every morning, 10 min after they posted it.
Yes Victor : you are again absolutely right:
it is very hard to get rid of a dictator!
Prokofiev’s body waited two weeks for the funeral because he died the same day with Stalin.
I remember myself, in my mid 30’ to heavily cry in front of the
television when I saw, by Christmas night of 1989, Ceausescu’s family shot in an army facility in Tirgoviste. That was a very rare event in history, thanks to the huge split in the army who was sick to shoot the civilians on the streets of our big cities. Two months later, I was able to have my own passport and I was hired to do medical research in immunology at a big US university. Arriving in US was like being in Paradise; and I still think, 35 years later, that US is an unmatched country in the world and I love it a lot.
Both my daughters accomplished here brilliant medical carriers but they are thinking that everywhere in the word is like here or better, and I hardly contradict them!
I came in US to do medical research with the head full of Pasteur and Ehrlich and I retired in US from the medical practice reading avidly Victor David Hanson’s books. All members of my family and all my friends have from me at least one volume of VDH. My father used to teach history in a small town but he used to read with me fragments of Herodot or Tucytides when I was 5 years old
Elon sounding very much in tune with VDH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiefJUh_hHE
Jim Dick, I used the words “vaccine” and “Moderna” to make my meaning clear. You are correct in distinguishing between the experimental mRNA injection and what were considered by the CDC to be vaccines prior to the pandemic. But the information that is now coming forth from the CDC over the FICA finding in June, make it pretty clear that institution was quite willing to obfuscate the issue by denying the new FICA panel significant data. This is a scandal on the moral scale of the syphilis experiments in Tuskegee given the intention to enroll billions of unwitting subjects worldwide to unknowable consequences of their experimental procedure.
Robert Stewart: it saddens me that you believe the mRNA drugs were vaccines. They are not: vaccines stop folks from getting smallpox, polio, etc.
The mRNA did not accomplish the work of a true vaccine.
Victor, your faith in vaccinations is troubling. I understand that polio has been a very real threat to your family. My childhood in the early 1950s was marked with visits to other children who had contracted mumps, chicken pox, and measles. The idea was to give us a chance to develop natural immunity, and we did. I mistakenly took the first two Moderna shots in April/May of 2021. By June the CDC weekly data showed that those who had been vaccinated were contracting 10,000 new cases of COVID every week. By September, this number had increased to 100,000 per week. By December, the number had risen to 1,000,000 per week. The vaccine was obviously a failure. Had I known that it was so ineffectual, I certainly would not have taken the shots, despite the threats from my neighbors that those who had not been vaccinated should be arrested and put in concentration camps.
