Professor : Just finished this podcast & as usual found myself particularly drawn to how careful your analysis on the Middle East is, & agree with lionizing Netanyahu as Churchill-esque . That said, I’d like to respectfully & humbly point out your use of the term “fertility rate”, quoted at 1.6%, could use polish. “Fertility rate” in ecology terms is the # of pregnancies divided by the number of sexual encounters. Fecundity rate is # of sexual encounters divided by total encounters. What you’re describing in America is the Birth Rate. I know, Nerd Alert, but I have a hunch you’re a touch OC (have you ever met a Greek scholar who wasn’t, just ein wenig?) Your listeners really do hang on every word you print or utter, why? Words have meanings. Respectfully, Verumipsum
Hello Victor,
Evidently, November 2022 was a very very busy and remarkable month in US history. I recall a week or two ago and a podcast you described I believe November 28, 2022 is the day. Jack Smith was appointed as a special prosecutor or whatever his position is and on the same date, Nathan Wade traveled to Washington to make some politically expedient strategy visits for eight hours. Then again on today’s podcast I believe you mentioned these things happening on November 18. I think it would be good to clarify all those important things and the dates on which they occurred in November 2022 to clear the record for everybody.
Let’s put the L.A Times’. and Washington Post’s non-endorsements in context.
They all agree that Donald Trump is Hitler.
Kamala Harris is running against Hitler.
The L.A. Times and Washington Post will not endorse the person who is running against Adolf Hitler.
