Regarding the Somalis: As a result of our Human Nature, our Cultural Baggage may seem light, but the culture of the New Home is changed by the culture of the Old Home, and the culture of the Old Home is changed by the culture of the New Home. This is the dynamics which fuel Western Civilization. Therefore, after three generations, the Somalis Social Clubs will no longer be able to attract younger members.

What is going on at your old publication NRO? It has become an outlet for frothing anti-Trumpers. And on top of that it uses selective censorship to enforce its overarching views.
The other day I quoted Charles Dickens’ Mr. Bumble (“the law is an ass”) in a post to one of Andrew McCarthy’s essays quibbling over Trump’s right to designate Venezuela an FTO. It was taken down. I reposted substituting donkey for ass and it was taken down again. Is Charles Dickens persona non grata at NRO or is it criticism of Andrew McCarthy they don’t like?
I also was personally attacked in a recent vicious post by some jackal who never uses facts or evidence to make an argument. He said:
“@RONNICON How many times have you been laughed at by women? Just take a guess. Over/under 1000”
I RESPONDED by saying: “Have you stopped beating your wife, slapping your kids, and kicking your dog? BTW say hi to your mom for me”
Guess who got censored and guess who did not?
I have always been uncomfortable supporting NR. Sorry, but Bill Buckley always came across as insufferable snob with that laughable British upper crust accent and his obnoxious habit of always looking down to the people who was speaking to as if they were specimens in a Petri dish and not human beings. I’ll be canceling my $1/week subscription immediately.

If assimilation is the acid test of immigration, then Muslims have a lot of work to do in this respect. To me, Islam is more a political construct than a religion in that it has virtually no tolerance for other religions or ways of life. As such, Islam seems to be incompatible with Western civilization.

The beginning of your podcast you and Jack were talking about Custer’s battle of Little Big Horn. Jack mentioned something about a book. I wonder if it was “The last Stand” by Nathanel Philbrick?
An excellent book, I still have in my library. He is one of favorite authors.
