Wondering what would possess a federal judge to order planes in the air filled with illegals who are gang criminals to turn around??? How about the Judge’s wife being the founder of an ABORTION NGO funded by USAID??? and his daughter, Katherine, whose employer is Partners for Justice, an organization that provides legal support to criminal illegal aliens and gang members. PF receives 76% of its funding from government grants. The organization actively opposes deportations, mass incarceration and laws targeting violent gangs like Tren de Aragua (from Venezuela and deeply involved in human trafficking, drug smuggling and violent crime). PF takes credit for eliminating 5,000 years of prison time for illegals since 2018.

This connection raises a major ethical red flag. The Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges states that judges must disqualify themselves from cases where their impartiality could be questioned. I tried to encourage my granddaughter to go to Hillsdale and failed. I am 78 this May and am thinking about modifying our trust to leave what I would have left for this granddaughter and set it up for pre-med students at Hillsdale. Any thoughts that might help me? My wife is a retired first-grade teacher, former National Teacher of the year. Her testimony before the House Subcommittee on Education and the Workforce was asked for by the then chairman of that committee sought her testimony after she appeared in a front-page news article in Investors Business Daily that included her published paper on Scholastic not complying with the new CA state standards for reading instruction material that caused the CA Curriculum Commission and State Board to not approve the Scholastic then current program which was published and on wrapped pallets ready to ship that was no longer able to be shipped in I think the year 1999. So the problems started way before your level of teaching.

My greatest Respect to you for all of your achievements in life. I am a new and delayed subscriber so I have a great deal I will ask you about in this and future comments.
My first question concerning lawfare is: Are you aware of the quote “those that own the courts can run the government”. It may not be exact, but I heard it a year or so ago and it seems to be more accurate than ever in 2025.
My experience and the demonstrated events of the last decade suggest that laws are merely suggestions until some entity decides to enforce it. I have dealt with local prosecutors, state prosecutors, the FBI and SEC and in each event the law was clearly violated. In each case the appropriate authority refused to my face to enforce the law. Additionally on each occasion I was warned, threatened and advised that if I went public, I might meet with charges of my own to defend or worse. I actually had an attorney for a city once tell me that if I come after them, they would come after me and bankrupt me in the process all the while using taxpayer dollars to do so.
Can you comment on this situation in our nation and make any suggestions what a law-abiding patriot can do in order for justice to prevail. Personally I always try to avoid “worse”.
