I am one of the many conservatives that left the state three years ago because of the quality of life and the fact that my SoCal town government was millions of dollars in debt. I was dodging drug addict and drunks in the streets when driving to and from work and most of the police force was being used reactively on the hundreds of addicted and homeless. The population was voting in the same people who spent our money on things other than safety and roads. Newson is turning California into 1990 Beijing. The wealthy non party members lived on the first three floors of the 50 story high rises because they shut off the electricity to neighborhoods after dark yet kept the hotel electricity on. You would see the coal trucks lining up on the side of the highways to bring coal into the city after dark as most homes fuel was coal. I see the gas lines back in California’s future.

The problem with Trump is that his rabid sense of retribution diminished his accomplishments. True MAGA disciples don’t care this because of the long list of wrongs that were indeed committed against him. That being said, most Americans don’t go for that. Trumps biggest enemy is his mouth and he has no impulse control. He is intellectually incapable of not attacking anyone that has criticized him in the past, even right after they were murdered. There is no difference between that and those who openly mocked the death of Charlie Kirk. This isn’t crassness; it’s classlessness. As VDH said, Trump has always committed unforced errors, I predict this will ultimately to the Republicans losing power and the Democrats will make it impossible for them to regain power. Long term this is not a good strategy. Trump forgets that he is President of the USA, not the grievancer in chief.

For a decade the Democrats and the RINOs have been attacking Trump. They tried to kill him twice. They impeached him twice with made up charges. The entire states of New York and Georgia and the city of Manhattan and the DOJ tried to put him in prison and bankrupt him with made up charges. The state of New York's bill of attainder against Trump allowed another bogus lawsuit. They have been calling for Trump's death the entire time and would have a Times Square type celebration if it happened. They lie about everything Trump says and does. Rob Reiner was for all of this. And people complain about a post of Trump's. Well, I would rather win with a little crassness than lose with the Miss Manners candidates like Dole, McCain and Romney.
