Sorry, I misquoted the host, he said, "dedicated to professional military education". But my question remains the same, as does my point. If he sees such a need, then the existing institutions have failed.

@52:00 The host says he'd like to see a college dedicated to military history. Doesn't the War College cover that, doesn't it teach military history, as it fits into other areas of history and other disciplines? Or has it been contaminated by Progressivism, too? When a top general can say that climate change is the greatest challenge facing America today, I suspect that it has.

Also, the book says he existed, if the book existing unchanged is its own proof, as I think you're saying, then it proves Moses too

Sorry I just saw this, thank you Mordechai, that's very interesting, I guess I'm wondering if there's evidence that supports it besides the book itself, or if the professor thinks so. Your story is funny though, lol.

At this point, whether or not Moses existed historically is irrelevant! The fact is we have a work that we know has survived millennia that claims to be attributed to a person named Moses. We can choose to read the work a priori on this basis. I believe this could be considered the "phenomenological" way to understand it. Regardless of all other possibilities, this is the way the work presents itself to us. At this point, the "existence" of Moses depends entirely on how WE choose to read the work. There's a story of a person who came up to a lecturer on Moses after he/she finished and said to them "I don't believe Moses ever existed. It was another man by the name of Moses!"

All your podcasts and columns are excellent, easy to understand and memorable. This one is beyond all of that! A perfect summary of exactly where we (the country) stands today. Thank you!

Excellent.I plan to read the books about Grant and Sherman you talked about. I was in the USAF when Gen. LeMay was the commander of SAC. He was quite the leader. Would like to see a western campus of Hillsdale College. Hillsdale is a truly great institution. Thank you Dr. Hanson

Thank you Dr Hanson, Do you think Moses existed and wrote the pentateuch? And can you elaborate on that?

Beyond words, or at least mine..., indescribably excellent....
